    Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform PR->DR switch on a production system. The system will be temporarily switched-off for a certain period of time and therefore the connection between our systems will be temporarily inactive.

    • Time Start: 14 September 2026 03:00 AM (CET)

    • Time End: 14 September 2026 05:00 AM (CET)

    • Description: Core processing system PR/DR switch

    • Impact: The system will be inactive app. 30-60 minutes on both events. Connections between our systems will be switched off during the maintenance.

    • Affected Services: Bank processing services, transaction authorizations

    During the maintenance window, two brief communication interruptions of less than one minute each are expected due to network infrastructure upgrades. Following these interruptions, services are expected to resume automatically.

    After 07:00 (CEST), transaction processing was observed to stabilize.

    We just want to inform you that there was a problem in the processing of transactions on the bank's side, on 22. July 2026 between 00:37 and 01:05 CEST. After 01:10 CEST we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.

    Our investigation indicates that the issue originates on the Mastercard side and is causing Mastercard 3D Secure authentications to fail. Only Mastercard 3D Secure authentications are affected.

    We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
