Hipotekarna Bank and AIK Bank Planned Maintenance Activities: DR->PR switch
Scheduled for 19/05/2025 at 01:00:00 – 03:00:00 about 2 hours

    Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform DR->PR switch on a production system. The system will be temporary switched-off for a certain period of time and therefore the connection between our systems will be temporarily inactive.

    • Time Start: 19 May 2025 03:00 AM (CET)

    • Time End: 19 May 2025 05:00 AM (CET)

    • Description: Core processing system DR/PR switch

    • Impact: The system will be inactive app. 30-60 minutes on both events. Connections between our systems will be switched off during the maintenance.

    • Affected Services: Bank processing services, transaction authorizations

During the mandates implementation, system will be temporary switched-off for certain period of time and therefore connection between our systems will be temporary inactive.

    • Description: Banks acquiring processing host will perform upgrade of firewall cluster to new version.

    • Impact: System shutdown, H2H connections switched-off
