Hipotekarna Bank and AIK Bank Planned Maintenance Activities: PR->DR switch

    Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform PR->DR switch on a production system. The system will be temporarily switched-off for a certain period of time and therefore the connection between our systems will be temporarily inactive.

    • Time Start: 09 February 2026 03:00 AM (CET)

    • Time End: 09 February 2026 05:00 AM (CET)

    • Description: Core processing system PR/DR switch

    • Impact: The system will be inactive app. 30-60 minutes on both events. Connections between our systems will be switched off during the maintenance.

    We have received official confirmation from the bank that the issue has been resolved on their side.

    We just wanted to let you know that we have noticed that the problem on the bank's side has been resolved and that after 08:00 AM CET transaction processing has stabilized.

    The number of declined transactions has been further reduced, but a small number of declines still occur sporadically. We remain in communication with the bank, which is working on fully resolving the issue on their side.

    We have received confirmation from the bank that they are working on resolving the issue. Additionally, we have noticed that the frequency of declined transactions has now decreased.

    We have noticed a sporadic error rate during transaction processing. The issue started at 13:02 CET and is still ongoing. Transactions are being declined on the bank’s side.

    The bank has been informed about the issue, and we will update you as soon as we have more information.

    We just want to inform you that there was a problem in the processing of transactions on the bank's side, on 20. January 2026 between 01:00 and 02:00 CET. After 01:10 CET we notice that transaction processing has stabilized, the bank was informed about the mentioned problem.

    Kindly note that the issue at hand is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence.

Banca Intesa - Elevated Decline Rate - Dina card transactions

    We just wanted to inform you that we have received information that the problem on the bank's side has been resolved and that after 09:45 CET the processing of Dina card transactions has stabilized.

    An increased rate of errors was observed when processing Dina card transactions.

    The problem started at 03:00 CET and is still ongoing, transactions are being rejected on the bank's side.

    The bank has been notified of the above problem and we will inform you when we have more information.

OTP Bank - Elevated errors

    We just want to inform you that on December 11 we noticed an increased number of declined transactions between 22:40h and 23:20h CET. Based on our previous experience, the mentioned transactions were declined by the bank. After 23:30h CET we noticed that transaction processing had stabilized.

    Please note that the issue in question is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence.
