    All services have returned to normal operation since the initial notification. The disruption, which temporarily impacted credit card processing for some of our customers, has been resolved.

    We have resolved an intermittent issue that affected credit card transaction processing for a limited number of customers. Our team has implemented a solution and will continue to monitor performance to ensure ongoing stability.     We just want to inform you that there was a problem in the processing of transactions on the bank's side, on 18. December 2024 between 10:21 and 10:27 CET. After 10:30 CET we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.

    We have received official confirmation from the bank that the problem has been resolved.

    We note that transaction processing stabilized after 14:39 CET. Also, the bank informed us that the communication was partially established.

    We have received official confirmation from the bank that there is currently a break in processing on their side. The bank informed us that they are aware of the problem and are actively working to solve it.

    An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the adapter of OTP Bank. The problem appeared on 13/12/24 13:24 h CET. We informed the bank and submitted the necessary information.

    We see on the system that transaction processing stabilized after 11:50 CET. The problem seems to be solved. We certainly continue to monitor the flow of transactions.
