May 19, 08:17:27 GMT+0 - Monitoring - We notice that after 10:12h CEST the processing of transactions has gradually stabilized, we are certainly still waiting for confirmation from the bank that the said problem has been resolved.

The issue has been resolved and services are operating normally.  
Our teams continue to monitor transaction processing closely.
