    We noticed a minor incident that affected access to the merchant's portal. We also noticed a very short interruption in the processing of transactions, which was resolved very quickly.Our incident response teams have cross-check the system and confirmed network is healthy.

Problem with processing transactions on the side of the card issuer - CKB Bank

    It seems that CKB Bank has solved the problem from its side. After 10:15 CET we see stable transactions processing.

    We notice an increased number of declined transactions initiated by cards issued by CKB Bank. It seems that CKB Bank is facing a problem in processing transactions.

    According to our records, the problem occurred at 09:31 CET and is still ongoing.

Hipotekarna Banka Communication problems

    We had problems today in communication with Hipotekarna Banka in the period from 22:37h (CET) to 22:41h (CET). According to previous experience, there has been a deterioration of Internet services on the bank's side. After 22:41 (CET) transactions are processed stably.

    We are able to confirm that we can see successful transactions processing again through our system for Apple Pay. We can also see confirmation from the Apple status page that the issue has been resolved. https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/

Banca Intesa - Elevated errors

    We received information from Banca Intesa that the system has started to stabilize - from the 10:24h CET.

    We on the system also see successfully processed transactions. It seems that the problem is solved. We certainly continue to monitor the flow of transactions.

    As soon as we receive more information from the bank about the reason for the interruption, we will inform you.

    An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the adapter of Banca Intesa. The problem appeared on 2023-10-05 16:43h CET. We informed the bank and submitted the necessary information. The bank is currently investigating the mentioned problem from its side.

    In order to maintain the quality of service and the availability of our services, it is necessary to perform the necessary maintenance within our network.

    Please be aware that during the maintenance period there may be delays of approximately 15 to 30 minutes for tasks such as data processing in Dashboards & BI data source, Post Processing, and Data Fetcher jobs.

    Additionally, there might be delays for retries of transaction callbacks, but only if the initial callback could not be successfully delivered.
