    Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform DR->PR switch on production system. System will be temporary switched-off for certain period of time and therefore connection between our systems will be temporary inactive.

    We are able to confirm that we can see successful transactions processing again through our system for Apple Pay. We can also see confirmation from the Apple status page that the issue has been resolved. https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/

    OPEN Payments Gateway is currently experiencing an incident impacting customers using Apple Pay. Our incident response teams are actively working to restore affected services, and we will ensure to provide regular updates on resolution activities.

    In order to maintain the quality of service and the availability of our services, it is necessary to perform the necessary maintenance within our network.

    Please be aware that during the maintenance period there may be delays of approximately 15 to 30 minutes for tasks such as data processing in Dashboards & BI data source, Post Processing, and Data Fetcher jobs.

    Additionally, there might be delays for retries of transaction callbacks, but only if the initial callback could not be successfully delivered.
