The impact is limited to visibility, which means recent transactions may not currently appear in the Dashboards even though they are being processed successfully.     An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the adapter of OTP/UniCredit Bank. The problem appeared on 03/06/2026 at 14:18h CEST.     We just want to let you know that there has been an occasional problem processing transactions on the bank's side, on 27 May 2026, between 21:50 and 28 May 2026 at 00:08 CEST. After 00:15 CEST, we notice that transaction processing has stabilized, and the bank has been informed about the mentioned problem.

    We would like to inform you that we noticed an increased number of declined transactions on April 21, in the period from 18:00 to 19:10 CEST. These transactions were declined by the bank. We received information that they experienced issues with the operation of their vPOS terminal (on the bank’s side).
