We have received confirmation from the bank that they are working on resolving the issue. Additionally, we have noticed that the frequency of declined transactions has now decreased.
We have noticed a sporadic error rate during transaction processing. The issue started at 13:02 CET and is still ongoing. Transactions are being declined on the bank’s side.
