    Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform VISA/MC Fall Mandates implementation on production system. During the mandates implementation, system will be temporary switched-off for certain period of time and therefore connection between our systems will be temporary inactive.

    • Time Start: 23 October 2025 03:00 AM (CEST)

    • Time End: 23 October 2025 05:00 AM (CEST)

    • Description: Banks acquiring processing host will perform upgrade of firewall cluster to new version.

    • Impact: System shutdown, H2H connections switched-off

    We have noticed an interruption in transaction processing. The issue started at 15:12 CEST and is still ongoing. Transactions are being declined on the bank’s side.

    The bank has been informed about the issue, and we will update you as soon as we have more information.

    We notice sporadic interruptions when processing credit card transactions through the Bank Intesa adapter. The problem appeared on 24/09/2026. at 10:00 AM CEST. We notified the bank and provided all the necessary information. The bank is currently investigating the said problem from its side.
