We just want to inform you that we noticed an increased number of declined transactions on 14/11/2024 between 18:30 h and 19:35h CET. The mentioned transactions were rejected by the bank, from some previous experience the mentioned problem arises with problems in the operation of VPOS (on the bank's side).
After 19:40h CET we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.
