EXCHANGE PLATFORM - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK Bank - 2022 Fall Mandates implementation

Please be informed that on Friday, 14th October 2022. in between 03:00 AM – 05:00 AM, Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform VISA/MC Fall Mandates implementation on production system.

During the mandates implementation, system will be temporary switched-off for certain period of time and therefore connection between our systems will be temporary inactive.

  • Time End: 14 October 2022 05:00 AM (CET)
  • Effect: System shutdown, H2H connections switched-off

OPEN PLATFORM - Investigating - Merchant Portal Performance Alert

There is an issue that occasionally results in users being unable to access the merchant portal, or if they do successfully, their current session is terminated very quickly. Our incident response teams are actively working to restore access to the interface, and we will provide regular updates on resolution activities. Please note that this incident has no impact on transaction processing services.

Update Please be advised that AllSecure have resolved the incident which left users unable to access theMerchant Portal. Our incident response teams will continue to investigate to determine root cause and closely monitor affected systems.
