  • Expected Impact: We may experience minor degradation of our 3DS and Vault environment, as well as general Transaction processing during this maintenance window. We are expecting a downtime of our Vault environment of up to 2 minutes within the first 30 minutes of the maintenance window.
  • Affected Services: Transaction Processing, 3D-Secure Engine, Credit Card Processing

To ensure quality and compliance of our services, it is necessary to perform upgrades of the our 3DS environment. Our Engineers will perform maintenance of the production environment. EXCHANGE PLATFORM - Elevated Vault Error Rate

Between 13:32 CET and 13:36 CET we saw an elevated error rate in the ours Vault environment. This issue only impacted Credit Card processing, other transaction processing remained functional. This issue is already resolved.

An already mitigated DDoS attack has lead to short transaction processing degradation. The issue lasted from CET 20:09 till 20:17 and was caused by the mitigations getting into effect.
