    We just want to let you know that there has been an occasional problem processing transactions on the bank's side, on 27 May 2026, between 21:50 and 28 May 2026 at 00:08 CEST. After 00:15 CEST, we notice that transaction processing has stabilized, and the bank has been informed about the mentioned problem.

    Please note that the problem in question is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence.

    We identified an issue resulting in a brief service interruption impacting a subset of customers on our platform. Normal operations have now resumed, and all affected systems have recovered.

    Our team remains engaged and is actively investigating the situation to gather pertinent details and determine the underlying root cause. We will continue to monitor system health closely.

    We are currently not expecting any further interruption. Please make sure that the service is fully functional on your side as well.

    We received a reply from colleagues from the bank that the problem on the side of the bank (VPOS) has been resolved.

    After this period, the service is fully operational.

    An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the OTP/UniCredit bank adapter. The problem appeared on 19. 05. 2026. from 09:29 CEST. and it continues We informed the bank and provided the necessary information.

    Kindly note that the issue at hand is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence. Our incident response teams are actively working to monitor affected services, and we will ensure to provide regular updates on resolution activities.

    Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform DR->PR switch on a production system. The system will be temporary switched-off for a certain period of time and therefore the connection between our systems will be temporarily inactive.

    • Description: Core processing system DR/PR switch

    • Impact: The system will be inactive app. 30-60 minutes on both events. Connections between our systems will be switched off during the maintenance.

    We would like to inform you that we noticed an increased number of declined transactions on April 21, in the period from 18:00 to 19:10 CEST. These transactions were declined by the bank. We received information that they experienced issues with the operation of their vPOS terminal (on the bank’s side).
