    Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform VISA/MC Fall Mandates implementation on production system. During the mandates implementation, system will be temporary switched-off for certain period of time and therefore connection between our systems will be temporary inactive.

Elevated Decline Rate - Dina card transactions

    We just wanted to inform you that we have noticed the third-party issue was resolved after 15:25 CEST and that the processing of Dina card transactions has stabilized.

    An increased rate of errors has been observed when processing Dina card transactions.

    The problem started at 13:35 CEST and is still ongoing.

    Based on our system monitoring, the issue appears to be related to problems in the systems of a third-party service provider responsible for handling Dina transactions.

    Kindly note that the issue at hand is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence.

    We just want to inform you that there was a problem with the processing of transactions on the bank's side, on September 24, 2025 from 01.00, after 01.30 the processing of transactions stabilized. We have contacted the bank and informed them of the aforementioned problem.

    Resolved - Due to a one-time maintenance script run, the database experienced degraded performance between 14:03–14:06 UTC and again between 14:20–14:30 UTC.
    The issue has been resolved and services are operating normally.
    Our teams continue to monitor transaction processing closely.

    After monitoring the transactions from our side, we notice that the transactions are properly processed and that the problem has been solved.

    We notice that the system has started to stabilize since 03:10h CEST. Therefore, we on the our system see successfully processed transactions. We certainly continue to monitor the flow of transactions.

    We're currently experiencing a technical issue that's impacting our ability to process a subset of transactions through the Open Payments Gateway. Our initial investigation suggests there may be a problem with our internet service provider. We're in close communication with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    We just want to inform you that there was a problem with the processing of transactions on the bank's side, on August 24, 2025 from 09.30, after 11.00 CEST the processing of transactions stabilized, however, we sporadically see that the problem continues in a milder form. We have contacted the bank and informed them of the aforementioned problem.

    We just want to let you know that we have noticed an increased number of declined transactions since 13.00 CEST. The mentioned transactions were rejected by the bank, but from previous experience, the mentioned problem arises due to problems in the operation of the VPOS terminal (on the bank's side). We have informed our colleagues from the bank about the above problem and we expect additional information from them.
