Description: Platform Software Upgrade
Planned Outage Duration: We anticipate a service interruption of approximately 20 minutes, commencing around 06:20 CEST. During this time, all transaction processing and production services will be temporarily unavailable.
Affected Services: Transaction processing, Production services, API endpoints, Merchant web interfaces
The planned maintenance, previously scheduled for Tuesday, 20th May 2025 (06:00 - 08:00 AM) CEST, will be rescheduled at a future date.
This change ensures a more stable upgrade process. Exchange platform will operate normally on May 20th. We will announce the new maintenance schedule with ample notice.
