    We just want to let you know that we have noticed an increased number of declined transactions since 13.00 CEST. The mentioned transactions were rejected by the bank, but from previous experience, the mentioned problem arises due to problems in the operation of the VPOS terminal (on the bank's side). We have informed our colleagues from the bank about the above problem and we expect additional information from them.

    Kindly note that the issue at hand is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence.
