We note that transaction processing stabilized after 14:39 CET. Also, the bank informed us that the communication was partially established.

We have received official confirmation from the bank that there is currently a break in processing on their side. The bank informed us that they are aware of the problem and are actively working to solve it.
An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the adapter of OTP Bank. The problem appeared on 13/12/24 13:24 h CET. We informed the bank and submitted the necessary information.
