We just want to inform you that we noticed an increased number of declined transactions on 25/11/2024 between 12:21 h and 12:29h CET. The mentioned transactions were rejected by the bank, from some previous experience the mentioned problem arises with problems in the operation of VPOS (on the bank's side).
After 12:34h CET, we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.
