OPEN PLATFORM - Investigating - Merchant Portal Performance Alert

There is an issue that occasionally results in users being unable to access the merchant portal, or if they do successfully, their current session is terminated very quickly. Our incident response teams are actively working to restore access to the interface, and we will provide regular updates on resolution activities. Please note that this incident has no impact on transaction processing services.

Update Please be advised that AllSecure have resolved the incident which left users unable to access theMerchant Portal. Our incident response teams will continue to investigate to determine root cause and closely monitor affected systems.
