Banca Intesa - Elevated errors

    We just want to inform you that there was a problem in the processing of transactions on the bank's side, on 05. March 2025 between 01:08 and 01:27 CET. After 01:30 CET we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.

    Kindly note that the issue at hand is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence.

Hipotekarna Bank and AIK Bank Planned Maintenance Activities: PR->DR switch

    Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform PR->DR switch on a production system. The system will be temporarily switched-off for a certain period of time and therefore the connection between our systems will be temporarily inactive.

    • Description: Core processing system PR/DR switch

    • Impact: The system will be inactive app. 30-60 minutes on both events. Connections between our systems will be switched off during the maintenance.

Banca Intesa - Elevated errors

    We see that the Banca Intesa system has started to stabilize - from the 14:40h CEST.

    Therefore, we on our system sees successfully processed transactions. It seems that the problem is solved.

    We certainly continue to monitor the flow of transactions.

    An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the Banca Intesa adapter. The problem started at 14:27h CEST. We informed the bank and submitted the necessary information.

    Please note that this issue is beyond our sphere of responsibility and influence. Our incident response teams are actively working to monitor affected services, and we will ensure regular updates on resolution activities.

    All services have returned to normal operation since the initial notification. The disruption, which temporarily impacted credit card processing for some of our customers, has been resolved.

    We have resolved an intermittent issue that affected credit card transaction processing for a limited number of customers. Our team has implemented a solution and will continue to monitor performance to ensure ongoing stability.
