The impact is limited to visibility, which means recent transactions may not currently appear in the Dashboards even though they are being processed successfully.     We are certainly waiting for additional information from our colleagues at the bank.

    An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the adapter of OTP/UniCredit Bank. The problem appeared on 03/06/2026 at 14:18h CEST. We informed the bank and submitted the necessary information. The bank is currently investigating the mentioned problem from its side.

    Kindly note that the issue at hand is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence. Our incident response teams are actively working to monitor affected services, and we will ensure to provide regular updates on resolution activities.

    We just want to let you know that there has been an occasional problem processing transactions on the bank's side, on 27 May 2026, between 21:50 and 28 May 2026 at 00:08 CEST. After 00:15 CEST, we notice that transaction processing has stabilized, and the bank has been informed about the mentioned problem.

    Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform DR->PR switch on a production system. The system will be temporary switched-off for a certain period of time and therefore the connection between our systems will be temporarily inactive.

    • Impact: The system will be inactive app. 30-60 minutes on both events. Connections between our systems will be switched off during the maintenance.

    At this time, we do not expect any customer impact or service interruption.

    However, our engineering and infrastructure teams will be actively monitoring the environment throughout the maintenance window to ensure platform stability and respond quickly should any issues arise.
