    We just want to inform you that there was a problem in the processing of transactions on the bank's side, on 18. December 2024 between 10:21 and 10:27 CET. After 10:30 CET we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.

    An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the adapter of OTP Bank. The problem appeared on 13/12/24 13:24 h CET. We informed the bank and submitted the necessary information.

    We see on the system that transaction processing stabilized after 11:50 CET. The problem seems to be solved. We certainly continue to monitor the flow of transactions.

    We want to inform you that an increased error rate has been observed when processing transactions. We have noticed that the problem mostly occurs with transactions with Dina cards. The problem occurred as of 11:10 CET.

    We just want to inform you that we noticed an increased number of declined transactions on 25/11/2024 between 12:21 h and 12:29h CET. The mentioned transactions were rejected by the bank, from some previous experience the mentioned problem arises with problems in the operation of VPOS (on the bank's side).

    After 12:34h CET, we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.

    After 19:40h CET we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.

    We see that the OTP Bank system has started to stabilize - from the 14:10h CET.

    Therefore, we on the our system see successfully processed transactions. It seems that the problem is solved. We certainly continue to monitor the flow of transactions.

    We received information from the bank that on their part the censors detected a communication interruption in the vPOS traffic.

    The bank is investigating the cause in more detail. As soon as we have more information about the aforementioned interruption, we will inform you.
