This is a preventive maintenance and any potential disruptions are expected to be swiftly resolved in case of an error.

    Data synchronization has completed, and users should now see current transaction data in the portal and dashboards. All systems are operating within normal parameters.

    Search/reporting functionality has been restored, and data is currently synchronizing. Users should begin to see transaction data in the portal and dashboards. Teams are continuing to monitor while synchronization completes and to ensure ongoing stability.

    Transaction processing is fully operational and payments continue to be processed normally. The impact is limited to visibility, which means recent transactions may not currently appear in the Dashboards even though they are being processed successfully. Our teams are continuing to work on restoring the affected services and further updates will follow.

    Teams are continuing to work toward full service restoration. Transactions are processing successfully, however, they are not yet visible in the admin UI, dashboards, search, reporting, or export mechanisms. This data will become visible once services are fully restored.

    Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform DR->PR switch on a production system. The system will be temporary switched-off for a certain period of time and therefore the connection between our systems will be temporarily inactive.

    • Time End: 18 May 2026 05:00 AM (CET)

    • Description: Core processing system DR/PR switch

    • Impact: The system will be inactive app. 30-60 minutes on both events. Connections between our systems will be switched off during the maintenance.

    • Affected Services: Bank processing services, transaction authorizations
