    We just wanted to let you know that we noticed that the problem on the bank's side has been resolved and that after 12:30 CET on February 17th, transaction processing has stabilized.

    We certainly expect information from the bank about the reasons for the aforementioned problem.

    We would like to inform you that we have observed that the number of unsuccessful transactions rejected by the bank has stabilized as of 12:20 CET.

    An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the adapter of Banca Intesa. The problem appeared on 17/02/2026 at 11:18h CET. We informed the bank and submitted the necessary information. The bank is currently investigating the mentioned problem from its side.

    Kindly note that the issue at hand is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence. Our incident response teams are actively working to monitor affected services, and we will ensure to provide regular updates on resolution activities.
