    We would like to inform you that we have received confirmation from the bank that the problem has been resolved from their side and that normal traffic has been restored after 16:20 CEST.

    An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the adapter of OTP/UniCredit Bank. The problem appeared on 22/04/2026 at 15:31h CEST. We informed the bank and submitted the necessary information. The bank is currently investigating the mentioned problem from its side.
