    We just want to inform you that on December 11 we noticed an increased number of declined transactions between 22:40h and 23:20h CET. Based on our previous experience, the mentioned transactions were declined by the bank. After 23:30h CET we noticed that transaction processing had stabilized.

    Please note that the issue in question is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence.
