  • Expected Impact: We may experience minor degradation of our 3DS and Vault environment, as well as general Transaction processing during this maintenance window. We are expecting a downtime of our Vault environment of up to 2 minutes within the first 30 minutes of the maintenance window.
  • Affected Services: Transaction Processing, 3D-Secure Engine, Credit Card Processing

To ensure quality and compliance of our services, it is necessary to perform upgrades of the our 3DS environment. Our Engineers will perform maintenance of the production environment.   • Description: Our engineers will be performing an urgent upgrade to firewalls in our Limerick data center.
  • Impact: There may be a very brief disruption to in-flight traffic of a few milliseconds when we perform the switch between firewall instances. Services operating in our London data center will be unaffected by this activity.
