Please be informed about planned system maintenance - Hipotekarna Bank and AIK bank processor engineers will perform PR->DR switch on a production system. The system will be temporarily switched-off for a certain period of time and therefore the connection between our systems will be temporarily inactive.

• Time Start: 14 September 2026 03:00 AM (CET)

• Time End: 14 September 2026 05:00 AM (CET)

• Description: Core processing system PR/DR switch

• Impact: The system will be inactive app. 30-60 minutes on both events. Connections between our systems will be switched off during the maintenance.

• Affected Services: Bank processing services, transaction authorizations
