    An increased rate of errors was observed when processing credit card transactions through the adapters of Hipotekarna banka and AIK Banka. The problem appeared at 19.24 CEST and is still ongoing. We informed the banks and submitted the necessary information.

    We received information from the bank that the problem has been solved. We note that transaction processing after 14:50 CEST has stabilized and transactions are being processed properly.

    We have just received information from the bank that there is currently a problem with the VISA and MasterCard interface, which has caused an increased number of rejected transactions.

During the mandates implementation, system will be temporary switched-off for certain period of time and therefore connection between our systems will be temporary inactive.

    Between 11:45h CEST and 13:54 CEST, we encountered a service degradation that potentially affects risk checks and transaction routing capabilities. Our investigation into the matter concluded that there was no tangible impact on customers. However, it is still highly unlikely that individual transactions may have been affected.

    We just want to inform you that there was a problem in the processing of transactions on the bank's side, on 14. March 2024 between 22:21 and 22:28 CET. We informed the bank and forwarded the details to them.

    After 22:30 CET we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.
