AllSecure can confirm that the communication with UniCredit Bank authorization host have been reestablished and stabilized. Merchants using UniCredit bank are now processing as normal.
The information received from the banks support team, the problem in communication was related to a scheduled maintenance activities on their Network Infrastructure Vendor. It was not expected any issues affecting their services during the maintenance activities. Apparently, that was not the case and the communication with the banks host was interrupted with a downtime of 42 minutes during which no transactions to UniCredit bank was processed.
From our side, AllSecure continued closely monitoring the communication and can confirm that the problem was resolved. Anyhow, we do apologize for the impact to your business and your customer base.
