Please be advised that AllSecure have resolved the incident which left users unable to access theMerchant Portal. We recycled the Portal servers which seems to have restored service and performance. Our incident response teams will continue to investigate to determine root cause and closely monitor affected systems.
Users are currently unable to access the Merchant Portal. Our incident response teams are actively working to restore access to the interface, and we will ensure to provide regular updates on resolution activities. Please note that there is no impact to transaction-processing services as a result of this incident.
Investigation is currently focused one several components and AllSecure has excluded issues at network and application level. We are performing a rilling recycle of Mercant Portal servers in an attempt to resolve the incident.
