  • Impact: No impact is anticipated to customers as a result of this change, as the IP addresses for the new load balancer devices are within the pre-existing IP ranges used for OPEN Payments Gateway traffic. However, any customers who have elected to whitelist individual IP addresses rather than the full OPEN Payments Gateway IP ranges will be required to add the new IP addresses to their firewall.

Description: As part of our preparations for the peak processing season, we will be adding extra devices to our pool of load balancers. These additional load balancer devices are being introduced to provide additional resilience and capacity for traffic sent to the domain. All new IP addresses being introduced are within the existing IP ranges for our London and Limerick data centers.

On Monday, November 9, during the same half-hour period shown for this change, AllSecure will be performing a temporary enablement of these new devices for a period of less than five minutes. This will allow AllSecure to validate full production readiness in a controlled manner prior to permanently enabling these devices on November 11.
