EXCHANGE GatewayResolved: Hipotekarna Banka Communication problems
AllSecure can confirm that the communication with Hipotekarna Banka Montenegro authorization host have been reestablished and stabilized. Merchants using Hipotekarna bank are now processing as normal.
The information received from the banks support team, the problem in communication was related to a power failure on their Network Infrastructure Vendor. The communication with the banks host was interrupted with a downtime of 02 hours 22 minutes during which no transactions to Hipotekarna bank was processed.
