    We just wanted to inform you that we have noticed the third-party issue was resolved after 15:25 CEST and that the processing of Dina card transactions has stabilized.

    An increased rate of errors has been observed when processing Dina card transactions.

    The problem started at 13:35 CEST and is still ongoing.

    Based on our system monitoring, the issue appears to be related to problems in the systems of a third-party service provider responsible for handling Dina transactions.

    Kindly note that the issue at hand is outside our sphere of responsibility and influence.
