We just want to let you know that we have noticed an increased number of declined transactions in the last 3 hours. The mentioned transactions were rejected by the bank, but from previous experience, the mentioned problem arises due to problems in the operation of the VPOS terminal (on the bank's side). We have informed our colleagues from the bank about the above issue
