    This incident has been resolved. Unfortunately, we have not received any clarification from our colleagues at the bank regarding the above problem.

    However, we see that transactions from 11:00 CEST are being processed properly.

    By checking the transactions on our system, we see that the transactions as of 10:45 CEST are being processed properly.

    We have not yet received confirmation from the bank that the problem has been completely resolved and we are continuing to actively monitor and track the transactions.

    We just want to inform you that there was a problem with the processing of transactions on the bank's side, on June 18, 2025 from 07.10, after 08.40 the processing of transactions stabilized, however, we sporadically see that the problem continues in a milder form. We have contacted the bank and informed them of the aforementioned problem.
