We want to inform you that we noticed an increased number of declined transactions on 22/08/2024 between 10:30h and 11:00h CEST. The mentioned transactions were rejected by the bank, from some previous experience the mentioned problem arises with problems in the operation of VPOS (on the bank's side).
After 11:10h CEST we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.
