We just want to inform you that we noticed an increased number of declined transactions on 24/01/2024 between 21:52h and 22:17h CET. The mentioned transactions were rejected by the bank, from some previous experience the mentioned problem arises with problems in the operation of VPOS (on the bank's side). After 22:20 CET we notice that transaction processing has stabilized.
